Edinburgh Academy comes to Cowichan

On Friday evening, August 15, we welcome to the Cowichan Valley, Edinburgh Academy for games against the Tsunami under 16 team and  a Cowichan Selects XV.  This is our final fixture this summer against a touring team and is especially significant as it is against one of the top schools in Scotland.  The Cowichan Valley has a close connection with Edinburgh Academy as David Robertson, headmaster of Shawnigan Lake School is a former pupil while there has been an interchange of staff members over the years with our local private schools.

Edinburgh Academy will be staying in Victoria and travelling up to Cowichan for the games.  Details are as follows:

Tsunami under 16 XV   v    Edinburgh Academy   KO:  5:30 pm

Cowichan Selcect XV   v    Edinburgh Academy 1st XV    KO:  6:45 pm

Please turn out and welcome our Scottish guests and cheer on our local players.
