Rugby Comes to Cowichan

This Sunday at the Cowichan Rugby Club, history will be made when the U18 Tsunmai team (loaded with Cowichan Junior Piggies) suit up against the very school where, in 1823, a Warwickshire lad by the name of William Webb Ellis first ran with the ball and invented the game of rugby football.

The Rugby School of Warwickshire England will kick-off vs. our boys at 2:00 pm, Sunday July 20th.

If your looking to catch a junior rugby match this summer, this is the one you want to see!

The Tsunami team is still looking for a few boys to round out their line up for this match.  Please contact Coach Darren Munro if you are interested, or know someone who might be.
