A little snow and cold didn’t stop the ladies from winning their second win of the season.  It was wet and cold but nothing the Piggies couldn’t handle and hardly the worst weather they’ve played in.  Once the game got started, the girls shook off the cold and set to busines.

Having Avi back from UVic is a great addition.  She stepped into fullback, replacing Carolyn Gudmundseth who is stepping away from playing.  She certainly started with a bang, receiving player of the game for the backs.  Nenagh McCulloch received the honours for the forwards.

The ladies will have a rest this weekend and resume on the 18th hosting Abbotsford.

Work Party Saturday

There will be a work party this weekend to work on the kids playground.  The goal is to provide a safe, enclosed area for the Piglets to play while you enjoy the game. Food and refreshments will be served.

Please help drop by if you can.  Work starts around 10 am.

Remember, many hands make light work!
