6:00pm - Join us for a game of touch rugby, something we have been doing for years during the off-season!
What to bring: cleats would be beneficial but not required, shorts, t-shirt (any colour), and a waterbottle. Showers and change rooms are available.

1pm - An 18-Hole Shotgun Start Texas Scramble.
$150pp, 2 carts per team. This will be a lot of fun with plenty of prizes! A portion of the proceeds will be going towards the Junior UK Tour 2028.
We will have the bus shuttling from/to the club. Food provided back at the club.

A full day of rugby! The concession will be open for coffee, snacks, and lunch.

6:00pm - Dinner catered by our good friends at Just Jakes! $100pp. We have some amazing guest speakers lined up as well as our ‘walk through time’ -a visual history of the CRFC on Herd Rd.
Thursday, August 13th
We will have an organized game of touch rugby starting at 6pm. An annual off-season tradition (even in winter)!
There will be food and socializing to follow.
Appropriate for ages 14+ but this is certainly a family event!

Friday, August 14th
1pm - An 18-Hole Shotgun Start Texas Scramble. 2 carts provided per team and dinner back at the rugby club!
This will be a lot of fun with plenty of prizes! A portion of the proceeds will be going towards the Junior UK Tour 2028.
Meet at noon at the rugby club if you want to catch the bus or meet at Duncan Meadows at 12:30pm.
Register as a single and we will place you on a team or register as a team of 4! Ensure team members names are filled out on the checkout form.

Four games from noon until 3pm. Everyone welcome, come anytime! If you have not bought a ticket for the dinner in advance, you will unfortunately have to exit by 5pm.
