The “Nooky Wood” are an invitational team based out of Cowichan RFC.
As a part of the Cascadia Masters Rugby Union (minimum age is 38), they accept all Masters players, both men and women, who are located from Mill Bay up to Nanaimo and sometimes, even further north!
